Hussey Fraser has acted for many clients arising out of cosmetic and dental procedures carried out in a negligent fashion. We recently acted on behalf of a client who had incorrectly fitted dental veneers which were to be fitted to improve the appearance of her teeth. The procedure resulted in extensive pain, complications and further corrective procedures and treatment. The case was settled for the sum of €20,000.00.
